Loving husband of Val, much loved father of Ian, dear father-in-law of Alison, proud Grampie of Dylan, Owen and Morgan, dear brother of Roy, David and the late Jimmy, John and Edith, special brother-in-law of Tom, Rosie, Lillian and June, cherished uncle of his nephews and nieces. Cecil will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends who loved and knew him. Funeral Tuesday 9th May for a service at Swansea Crematorium 2.30pm. Friends please meet there.
